Extra Curricular Activities (Clubs)
Children do not only learn within the classroom and within the confines of the traditional school day. For many, the opportunity to try a new sport or join a club can result in the discovery of a new skill or talent that will lead to further personal development and greater self esteem.
As a school, it is part of our ethos to provide students with as wide a range of opportunities as possible both within the school day and outside it. Our programme of extra curricular activities is extensive and the variety of options on offer illustrate the importance we place on these activities. Children from Year 1 onwards are able - with their parent's consent - to sign up and participate in clubs and activities during and after school. The programme on offer changes every term.
Clubs are held every Tuesday for one hour after school. A full list of the available activities is sent home at the beginning of every term which normally includes; Jewelry making, Ball Games, Tennis, Swimming (seasonal), Computer, Music and Instrument playing, Ballet, Languages (French and Spanish), Board Games, Roller Skating, Drama, Library, Photography, Horse and Pony Riding, Oil Painting, Charcoal Drawing, Fitness, Koran Recital, Karate and Martial Arts, Science, Cooking.
